• Hi, The icemaker will not begin to operate until it reaches its operating temperature of 15 °F (–9 °C) or below. It will then begin operation automatically if the icemaker power switch is in the ON (I) position.This automatic freezer icemaker produces 12 cubes at a time, 50-110 pieces within a 24 hour period if conditions are favorable. ^Vanessa

• Maybe a hour but this doesn’t have ice dispenser on door ! I didn’t see that in specs . Only has water no ice or crushed ice on the door ! Ice cubes are bigger and last longer but go in ben in freezer .
