QuestionIn one of the reviews, a customer said the dispenser was not dispensing cold water. Has anyone else had that issue where the water dispenser is not chilling the water? Also, in what country is this model manufactured?

- Answer The water is cool but never really as cold as the interior of the refrigerator. It is cooled by passing through a set of coils in the door of the refrigerator. These have a limited capacity, so if one draws too much water from the dispenser (about 1/2 gal, I think) it will no longer even be cool. It has, however, passed through the refrigerator's filter.

- Answer Only water. Ice maker is in the freezer only. We love this fridge. Not having an ice maker on the door gives a lot more room in the fridge.

QuestionDoes the measurements for the depth of the refrigerator include the coils behind the refrigerator?

- Answer The depth (36-1/4" with the handles) does not reflect the coils. Allow at least 24 inches (610 mm) in front of the refrigerator to open the doors, and at least 2 inches (50.8 mm) between the back of the refrigerator and the wall. ^Daphane

QuestionDoes this model refridgerator have a soft close feature ? Or does it have an alert if one of the doors doesn't close?

- Answer The unit has Auto Closing Door Hinge. The refrigerator doors and freezer drawers close automatically when pushed slightly. The door only closes automatically when it is open at an angle of less than 30°. The door alarm will sound every 30 seconds if the door remains open longer than one minute. ^Daphane

QuestionI am considering this fridge, but I need to know how far the doors have to be open (90°? All the way? etc.) in order to pull out the crisper drawers and the bottom (long) drawer? It would go in a "nook" with wall/ cabinet on the sides... thanks

- Answer Yes, the doors on fridge model LRFWS2906S have to be opened at least 90 degrees in order to be able to open the drawers inside the fridge. ^Chris

- Answer Hi! The dimensions you've provided allow for it - the width of this model fridge is 35 3/4", and the height is 69 3/4". However, we cannot say for certain as you have not provided a depth dimension. (The Depth with Handles is 36 1/4").
