QuestionI have a 38-inch opening that is adjacent to a wall on the right side. I have opened a niche on the wall, but I still, have a problem with the door handles. It is possible to use another type of door handle, maybe handles that do not need so much depth?

QuestionHow tall of a container will fit in the water dispenser opening? Is the water dispenser one that LG considers a "tall" water dispenser? The specifications don't advise.

QuestionDo the doors stay closed? Does one pop open when the other is pushed closed? Also, is there an alarm telling you when either door or the freezer is left ajar? You can see my frustrations with my current model (whirlpool). :-)

QuestionI have a 38 inch opening that is adjacent to a wall on the right side. Are the door handles removable? How much space (air- gap) does the fridge need to operate? Is it possible to open the fridge to 90 degrees on the right there?

- Answer The door handles are removable but you will see the holes if you are thinking about leaving them off. You do not need much air space on the sides of the refrigerator- can be a pretty tight fit. The right door would not open to a full 90 degrees next to a wall due to the handle. I have seen refrigerators with no handles which probably would work better for you.

- Answer No, we've had our fridge for about a month now and it's been great. Lots of room and is really quiet. My only complaint would be that the ice maker is pretty loud when it dumps and refills. Other than that, it's been good.

QuestionWhat is the difference between this model and the LRFWS2906VSKU? They have the same dimensions and specs, and are both stainless steel. The other one is $100 cheaper though?

QuestionThe specs don't say what type of refrigerant this uses. Everyone buying a new appliance today should look for R-600a, and avoid R-134 which is a very potent greenhouse gas.
