“The sub woofer will not play. Appears to connected with Bluetooth (steady green light at bottom of SW. HELP!”

• Make sure you turn up the decible level on the subwoofer otherwise it sounds like its off. You can do this by downloading the lg soundbar phone app which allows you to adjust the volume and decibel levels on both the subwoofer and soundbar.
