“When we got our system the subwoofer from the soundbar it disconnects from the sound bar I call it inn and then told me it was my WiFi I check my WiFi and it was perfect now it’s making a pop noise. How can I exchange it? Is very annoying”

My experience, if you have wireless cameras,security,garage door hub,lighting, etc. around your house or are to close to modem/router you'll need a wired sub.. I moved my wifi and sub worked much better but in a 3 hour time the sub may work perfect or pop or disconnect at least one time. I assume I have too many wireless devices because I went through two units. Today I'm packing the 2nd one to return and purchase one that has no wireless sub.
