If you're not hearing sound from your LG S65Q soundbar on your TV, try these steps to fix the problem: 1. Check the connections: Make sure the HDMI cable between the soundbar and the HDMI-ARC port on your LG 42" Class C2 Series OLED Evo 4K UHD Smart TV is securely plugged in. Also, ensure that the TV's audio output is set to the HDMI-ARC input. 2. Power cycle the devices: Turn off both the TV and the soundbar, unplug them from power for a few minutes, then plug them back in and turn them on. This can reset the devices and fix temporary issues. 3. Update firmware: Check for any available firmware updates for both the TV and the soundbar. Updating the firmware can solve compatibility problems and improve performance. 4. Reset soundbar settings: If the problem persists, you can reset the soundbar to its factory settings. Consult the user manual for instructions on how to do a factory reset. If problem persist, please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris
