I had the same issue until I realized the bar was flipped over
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure if you tried this. Plug it in to the back of TV. Use your remote and go to settings. Choose remote and choose your brand of soundbar. Follow the directions that will get you to work the soundbar. Good Luck!
