The subwoofer will light up green, but nothing seems to work to get any light on the soundbar itself. How can I get the power on the soundbar? The remote also does not seem to work even with new batteries. I have HDMI hoooked up correctly. null

I had the same issue until I realized the bar was flipped over

Not sure if you tried this. Plug it in to the back of TV. Use your remote and go to settings. Choose remote and choose your brand of soundbar. Follow the directions that will get you to work the soundbar. Good Luck!

Is the power plugged in? If so press the power button on the far left on the unit itself. Nothing? Then it's defective.
