A:AnswerThe best way to help prevent fingerprint stains and smudges on stainless steel appliances is by using specialized cleaners that are formulated to clean and protect steel surfaces. These cleaners may contain waxes or other ingredients that help repel stains and protect the metal from rust. ~Tanisha
A:AnswerI'm pretty sure I measured and the width stated in the specs matches what you get. I had a very tight fit to get this moved in. What the Best Buy crew did, which I thought was great, was they removed the doors on my existing fridge to get it out, and they removed the doors on this LG model to get it in. Once they moved both units to where they needed to be, they re-attached the doors. I didn't know they could do that to help safely move refrigerators through tight spaces to avoid damage. But I'm really glad they went to the extra steps of doing that. If you have any questions on dimensions I would recommend going to store and finding the model on the floor and measure it, and then go home and double check your measurements, accounting for everything, including base trim at the bottom (which I removed to add additional clearance). Good luck!
A:AnswerModel LTCS20020B does not have a door alarm. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. The information listed on Best Buy has been escalated and will be updated shortly. ^Daphane
A:AnswerThere are some models that have a 3rd in door bin that is shallower the the top 2 bins. You can adjust the bins. Regrettably, I do not know the part number for that bin or if it is is an optional accessory compatible with all LTCS20020 models.
