The control panel for the LG 30-in Wide Built-In Electric Smart Cooktop with 4 Elements, SmoothTouch® Glass Controls, and 2.2kW Dual Element - Black, Model # CBEW3013BE, has power levels ranging from 0 to 9 for each cooking zone. After turning on the cooktop with the POWER button, you must select one of the cooking zones within 60 seconds. If no selection is made, the cooktop will turn off for safety. You can press the button for the desired cooking zone to set the power level, and '0' will flash on the Burner display. Once the cooking zone has been selected, the power level must be selected within 5 seconds with the element power settings. Otherwise, the power settings will turn off for safety.
