“Brand new...cd's won't play...disc error in display screen. I tried 4 different cd's.”

• Hi Kim. Not to sound condescending, but have you made sure that the CDs were inserted the right way up in the tray on the LG XBOOM 300W Hi-Fi Shelf System, Model # CK43? Try flipping the CDs around to see if you still get the same error displayed...^IFV

• Yes, I tried doing that to no avail. I exchanged the stereo today checking to make sure the CD player worked before I left. Thanks for your suggestion.
