QuestionI just bought LG - 32" Class - LED - 720p - Smart - HDTV. On the remote when I want to change a channel (up or down) it does not work. The volume button (up or down) works. I can only use my xfinity remote to change the channels?? why?- pls help.

QuestionCan this be setup so that the volume control (via remote) also controls the sound out of the optical audio connector? We run sound out of our stereo system but want to use the TV volume control when doing so.

- Answer Hi LGAnswers, thanks for replying. But that doesn't really answer the question, Does this control happen when I'm sending audio VIA THE TOSLINK OPTICAL OUTPUT CONNECT from the TV to the stereo (which is NOT a receiver, by the way)? I don't want to use headphone or RCA connectors to send audio, only OPTICAL, and I need to know if the remote volume control controls audio going out the OPTICAL connector.

- Answer Yes, Rs 5000; or Flex 5000.: examples of Sennheiser Wireless Systems, and the base system can be connected to the optical out on the LG set. Flex 5000 is cool!
