• I don't think it was, but I already had the Spectrum APP loaded on my Roku account and I do not use the Smart features in any of our home TV's preferring the common ROKU Interface but as I think about it I take the local channels off air and there was an awful lot of channels that came in through the Off-Air function. I can't believe the number actually came in off-air. So whether it was a preloaded Spectrum APP in the LG TV or a link to the Roku 4K plugin..... It depends. Another point is you can always request APP through most WiFi interfaces so I'm not sure what the issue might be..........There are different SPECTRUM APP's I suspect for different levels of service from Spectrum as well, or a single APP might handle the various levels of SPECTRUM service.
