• Yes. As long as you have an antenna, plug in. Go through menu set up and you're ready to go.

• We would recommend reaching out to your cable provider regarding getting the channels on your TV. A 64 & 256 QAM tuner is one of three built-in tuners in the LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM570BPUA, the other two being an ATSC tuner & an NTSC tuner.
