“I just purchased this model (32LM577BPUA). The specs say that Apple TV is a content partner. However, I can't find Apple TV anywhere on the LG Home Launcher or in the LG Content Store. What am I missing?”

The LG Content Store website (http://www.lgappstv.com) shows all apps that are available for a respective county. The availability of apps on an LG Smart TV however may differ by content provider and device specifications, as well as by TV model and country. Please check device compatibility here: https://www.apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/.
