“Everyone is saying easy setup. I have tried off two cable boxes and still it will not download and setup channels. I'm using a USB cable (tried three already) from the cable box to the TV, as are my other TV's. I'm ready to throw it! Any suggestions?”

It sounds to me you are going about it the wrong way. Please, do not use the USB port instead use one of the TV HDMI ports. Then, connect to HDMI to your cable box. You should get results using this method.

It has an F-Type, 75-Ohm Coaxial Connector in the back that is labeled as "Antenna/Cable In" that you can use to connect to your cable Set-Top box for an SD picture, but if you want an HD picture, you will need to connect any of its HDMI ports to an HDMI Out on your Cable Set-Top box if it has one...^IFV
