no, it does not have a remote control. the controller is a joystick type switch on the bottom underside of the bezel. i don't recommend it for wall mounting as every time you want to change the inputs or change anything your gonna have to physically go to the monitor and do it by hand. also, the inputs are on the back and cable ends will stick out so, wall mounting is not a true option with this monitor. the inputs would have been better served if they were on the bottom plugged up or on either side. hope this helps.
