• Yes works great with my ps5 haven’t tried my sons ps4 pro

• No sure about completive gaming. It is a UHD HDR10 Monitor with AMD FreeSync™. It offers a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz. This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane
