No, what it has is 8-bit FRC, so it flickers 2 colors on a pixel RGB (BGR) location to emulate 10-bit. 10-bit data can go to it, but the "HDR" is dull, washed out, and if you push it to "look" like a more IPS or 8-bit contrast and color punch, it will just lose some grey levels, color differences.
