“I have a Macbook Pro 16in (2019). Can I attach this monitor to my mac and daisy chain a 1080p or 2k 24in USB-C monitor to this? Would the thunderbolt 3 still charge my mac? Would I also be able to use the USB 2.0 ports for a keyboard and mouse?”

It’ll charge it slower than the included wall adapter (fine for productivity/docking station use), or just sustain it when running more intensive apps/heavy multitasking. As long as you use the Thunderbolt 3 cable to go from the MacBook Pro to the LG monitor, you should be able to daisy chain a second monitor up with up to a 4K resolution.

2019 Macbook Pro is not charge with a thunderbolt 3. Also You should turn off HDR on Macbook Pro then you can use all features from a monitor.
