Height measurements for all of our LG Monitors are always measured to the top of the monitors. The LG 34 Inch UltraWide™ IPS FHD 100Hz VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 Monitor with Slim Stand, Built-in Speakers, Model # 34U530A-W, has a height of 21", and the stand can be adjusted by a maximum of 150 mm (5.9"), so it will have a maximum height of 26.9" to the top when fully extended. It does not go lower than 21"...^Ivan.
