When the water dispenser flow for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ - Stainless Steel, Model # LRSOS2706S, slows down; it is usually due to a clogged or partially clogged water filter. Even though the water filter is a 6-month water filter and should be changed approximately every 6 months, if it gets clogged with contaminants, it may have to be replaced before 6 months, and the slow-down in flow is an indication that the water filter needs to be changed. You can try removing the water filter and dispensing some water, and if the flow improves, the filter is clogged and will need to be replaced...^Ivan.
