Looked to me the two guys needed that $190 more than I do. Not worth my time to chase down a couple hundred bucks. However, Im not sure you answered my question. Let me rephrase it. Does the install fee or free install include cutting off the existing plastic valve and installing a stainless valve that will connect to the water line.
