Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello there, BillF. Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you're experiencing some connectivity issues between the subwoofer, rear speakers, and Bluetooth connection. To help resolve this, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps: Bluetooth Interference: Bluetooth devices can sometimes experience interference from other electronics or wireless networks. Try moving the soundbar and subwoofer further away from other devices that may cause interference, such as Wi-Fi routers or other Bluetooth devices. Check Bluetooth Pairing: Ensure that the Bluetooth pairing between your TV and soundbar is correctly established. You may need to remove the device from your TV's Bluetooth list and re-pair them to ensure a stable connection. Wireless Subwoofer: Since the subwoofer is wireless, ensure that it has a clear line of sight to the soundbar’s receiver and is within range. If there are too many obstacles between them, it might lead to intermittent disconnects. Soundbar Reset: You can reset the soundbar and subwoofer by holding the power button for around 5-10 seconds. This can help reset any internal settings and might fix the connection issues. https://www.lg.com/us/sound-bars/lg-sqc4R-sound-bar#pdp_specs If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be happy to assist you further! —Renzo
