• The background speakers are wired to their own receiver that is wireless. The sound bar is wired to the subwoofer.

• The rear speakers of the LG 4.1-ch Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers, Model # SQC4R, do not connect via wires to the Soundbar. They have to be connected via wires to the wireless receiver that pairs wirelessly with the Soundbar...^Ivan.
