Compact Electric Condensing Front Load Dryer, Model # DLEC888W should be a three or four-wire UL listed No.-10 AWG copper wire electrical cord rated at 240V, 30 Amps and labeled as suitable for use in clothes dryers. You will need to consult your local building inspector or your local building codes to determine if you need a 3-wire or a 4-wire cord. A 4-wire connection is required for all mobile and manufactured home installations, as well as all new construction after January 1, 1996 or where local codes prohibit grounding through the neutral terminal. ^CP
