Hello Washer, I do not believe that Best Buy does repairs for the LG - 4.3 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Washer and 8-Cycle Dryer Electric Combo, Model # WM3997HWA or any appliances. Check with their Geek Squad at 1-800-BEST BUY, but I believe you are going to have to call LG Customer Service (800) 243-0000 to schedule a service or you can find out if there are any local service providers near you. You can also visit lgusa.com and click on the 'Support' link then click on 'Repair Service' and fill in the appropriate information like you model number and the serial number etc., then when you input your zip code, you can also find a local repair provider or you can choose to have LG service the unit for you if that option comes up...IFV

I contacted LG and they quickly connected me to an authorized company that performs service work for them in my region. They replaced the faulty part at my home within a week at no cost. No problems since then and it has been a year.
