“This machine which we purchsed seems to shrink clothes every time we use the dryer even on low. It also creases clothing really badly! Any ideas?”

• Personally, I have never experienced any problems with this particular machine shrinking clothes. If clothes are coming out wrinkled at the end of a dry cycle, I would recommend decreasing the size of the load and utilizing the FreshCare feature. A smaller load will prevent clothes from bunching up, and the FreshCare feature tumbles clothes after the dry cycle finishes to prevent wrinkles.
