I would definitely contact the business where you purchased the machine! At 6-8 weeks you are still under warranty so if you do have a "lemon" you can replace it, I am sure. Could be a machine problem, but I wonder if it has something to do with your water? Call them immediately, at least before you do another load and ruin more clothes.
