“Purchased a few years back & noticed a moldy, mildew smell after a wash. Rubber seal began to have black spots- how can we clean this or replace the outer rubber around the seal? Did a Vinegar BakingSoda Clean with clorox- did not help... What do we do??”

Use a solution of a 3/4 cup (177 ml) of liquid chlorine bleach diluted in 1 gallon (3.8 L) of water and soak a sponge or soft cloth in it then use that to wipe all around the door seal.
