• If you have an iPhone, even a new one with NFC, you can forget about it. The SmartThinQ app for ios is virtually useless. It can't even download new cycles.

• The Tag On feature works on most NFC equipped smart phones by communicating with your Tag On equipped LG appliance. Using the LG SmartThinQ application, the Tag On feature allows you to diagnose your appliance, download new cycles, and see the status of your appliance by simply touching the smart phone to the Tag On logo of the appliance. ^CP
