Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I can tell it does. I don't see any water buttons other than how long you want to wash cloths, stain wise. In the beginning it goes through a process and it must either weigh them or something because everything sure seems to get wet and have plenty of water but not really way over the cloth level.
