“My washer is in the middle of a cycle and the clothes are not emmersed in water, is this normal? I would like my clothes to be washed emmersed in the water.”

Ft. 8-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer - White, Model # WT1501CW is a High-Efficiency washer that uses much less water than older traditional Top Load Washers and after you press the START/PAUSE button to start the cycle. the washer will agitate briefly without water to measure the size of the load and automatically adjust the water level for an efficient optimal wash for the best results. It rotates the load in such a way so that your clothes are fully saturated. If you wish to add more water to your wash load, you can use the WATER PLUS option, however, once the washing machine reaches its' maximum water level, the WATER PLUS button will have no effect. The WATER PLUS option is not available in the TUB CLEAN and BULKY cycles...^IFV
