According to page 13 of the installation manual, the dryer vent is 41 3/8" from the floor, and 14 1/4" from the right side of the unit, when looking from the back.

I contacted LG's live agent chat and asked this same question. I received the attached picture in answer to that question. I was also told that these dimensions applied to all LG Washtower models including the WKEX300HBA which was the model I purchased.
