I don't think drain pans generally come with washers or combo units, since the building codes for each jurisdiction varies, and drain pans aren't required everywhere. All that means is that, if you're going to have to replace the drain pan, you just need to get one that fits the dimensions of your appliance, as well as the diameter of the drain. Might want to get a professional to do so. But if you're also replacing the washer/dryer anyway, then the new drain pan (if you're definitely replacing it, or if you have to replace because your local building codes require them) just has to fit the size/dimensions of this tower and the pipe diameter of your residence. The owner's manual states if a drain pan must be used, take extra care to follow the instructions provided with the drain pan and make sure the leveling feet are adjusted for firm and even contact with the pan. Use of drain pans and failure to properly level the appliance may result in increased vibration and noise during operation. ^Daphane
