Is there a kit available to vent out the side? null

Yes there is a kit but Best Buy does not carry it. You have to reach out to LG directly for the part. It’s about 70.00 Installing the kit is another story as I have had 3 different crews from Best Buy say they can’t do it (not sure if lack of training or simply laziness) and as a result, the unit has been sitting in my dining room for over a month now... good luck.

Yes. According to the installation manual "An adapter kit number 383EEL9001B, may be purchased from your LG retailer." A note says that right side venting is not available on gas dryer models.
