What is the top clearance needed for this unit? null

If the height of the unit is 74 3/8", wouldnt the clearance need to be higher than 40"?

Hi, this is the dimension of the unit, Product (WxHxD) 27" x 74 3/8" x 30 3/8", Depth with Door Open (55" D with door open). Your new LG washer and dryer pair requires a MINIMUM AREA of 60" W x 40.8" H x 37.3" D to allow for proper spacing and venting.
