If you are referring to the washer and dryer side by side, then yes. That is how ours is set up. I do recommend a stand to elevate them.

Yes and you might consider buying the stand for them in that case. Extra height would allow easier access to loading or unloading. With a bracket they are capable of being stacked to save space too.
