Each cycle on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with 6Motion™ Technology - White, Model # WM3400CW has default settings that are selected automatically. The cycles can be customized using the cycle modifier buttons. When you select the Speed Wash cycle, the default water temperature setting is Hot Water with a High spin speed and a Light soil level. The Temp button on the control panel selects the wash temperature and the Spin button selects the spin speed. To protect your clothing, not all spin speeds are available for all cycles. Information for the wash cycles and cycle modifier buttons and option buttons can be found on pages 23 - 27 in the owner's manual for the unit.
