“I am using pods in this washer and they are not dissolving, and it does not look like it is getting very much water into it. can you please assist. This washer is brand new only 2 weeks old”

I believe you are not supposed to use pods with this washer. My whirlpool when using pods always stopped up the pump. I chose not to ever use them.
