The wifi is only active if you set it up. By default it is not active. Also, the measurements do not include a pedestal.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no pedestal unless you buy it separate. The measurement of the machine is the measurement of the machine. Also you have to set up the WiFi for it to be on. If you don’t set it up it is not connected. You can download the manual for more info about disabling it as they do not come with the complete manual anyway- I don’t think anything does anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The measurements should not include the base, as the base is a separate purchase. As for the Wi-Fi, it's an option. If you don't set it up, then it doesn't matter. It doesn't work unless you go through the steps to set it up and get it working. Personally, I like that I'm notified on my phone when a load is done. Our laundry room is around a couple of corners, so we can't hear the buzzers if the TV is on or anything. But to each their own.
