It sounds like the shipping bolts were not removed from the LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Front-Loading Smart Wi-Fi Washer with Steam and 6Motion™ Technology - Graphite Steel, Model # WM3700HVA. The shipping bolts can be located in the back of the washer. Starting with the he bottom two shipping bolts, use the wrench (included) to fully loosen all four shipping bolts by turning them counterclockwise. Remove the bolt assemblies by wiggling them slightly while pulling them out. Save the bolt assemblies for future use. To prevent damage to internal components, do not transport the washer without reinstalling the shipping bolts. Failure to remove shipping bolts and retainers may cause severe vibration and noise, which can lead to permanent damage to the washer. The cord is secured to the back of the washer with a shipping bolt to help prevent operation with shipping bolts in place. See page 12 of your owner's manual for instructions on how to remove the shipping bolts...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Doesn’t sound right to me. Ours is nice and quiet. I do tease the wife that her plane is landing but it’s not loud it’s just different. Our washer and dryer are just off the kitchen and our BR and I think they are nice and quiet. Barely hear them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you had an usually large wash load, this does not sound normal for this machine. I've had mine for 8+ years and have been very satisfied. Definitely make Best Buy aware of the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had that same problem, but we simply adjusted the level of the washing machine and the noise went away. The washing machine, itself, was off balance. We adjusted the "feet" at the bottom (needed some pliers) so that washing machine was no longer off balance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We just put one in about a month ago and it is pretty quiet doesn’t shake so it sounds like there is something wrong with it.
