I've been meaning to connect mine to the internet but haven't done so yet. Been using the washer nonstop done we bought it a few weeks ago. Works just fine without it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You do not need internet service to use the washer and dryer. I've been using it without connecting it to the internet. I haven't even downloaded the app. There's no functionality where the internet is necessary!
