It does come with a plastic y connector, but no hoses. I just ended up buying a steam kit from Amazon that came with 2 hoses and another y connector.

The appliance associated with this question is a washer, model WM4000HBA. The matching dryer DLEX4000B/DLGX4001B must be connected to the cold water tap using the new water supply hose. The Y-connector is an included accessory with a steam model. The hoses are sold separately. ^Daphane
