“Hi, I am interested in purchasing an LG WM3900HWA washer. Can the door hinge be changed from a left opening to a right opening? I know that the dryer door can be changed but need the washer door hinge to be changed too. Thank you, Mack”

• No. I asked about this as well. Only one brand has a switchable door. Apparently the switching process messes with the seal and has leaking issues. I would have liked to switch mine as well but it’s not terrible to work around. Maybe someday companies will give you the dedicated option of which way you want the door to open.
