“Hi, I wash my clothes in cold water but in the last ten minutes of my wash, the washer automatically switches to hot water, how do I stop this? I know this happens because every time I finish washing and open the washer my clothes is hot.”

If the last 10 minutes of your wash is switching to hot water, you may have your hot & cold water inlet hoses switched. If the hoses are connected properly, the washer will need to be inspected to diagnose the issue...^IFV
