• "Options" (which you of course can't see in the display) and scroll to "drum light", hit check, scroll dial to "ON" and hit check again. This option will, of course disappear next time you use the machine in addition to the fact that the sexy smoked glass makes seeing the inside of the machine with the door shut very difficult even with the light on. Enjoy

• You need to go into options and then turn the dial and hit drum light on. it doesn't stay on to long. I would say a max of 3 minutes or less.
