“Got delivery yesterday and delivery man on set-up said there was a problem with motherboard and we should contact customer service and get a new Machine delivered. Then he said it was working and they probably did not let the cycle run fully when they initially tested it out. Does that sound correct? He said run a few washes and see what happens.Should I ask for a new one? I'm concerned that there is a possible short and I will have problems in the future.”
