“Purchased this LG 43LJ5000-US recently. Only use an indoor antenna, placed near a window. Scanned for local channels & they appeared. Turned on the tv and lost half of the stations. Now I want to re-scan. Had no success. How to do this, please?”

Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance troubleshooting any issue that you may be experiencing with Auto-tuning the available channels to the LG Full HD 1080p LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43LJ50000. You may need to re-adjust your antenna until the channel you expect comes in again. Our Support representatives will be able to assist you troubleshooting this or you can visit our support page at http://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000018-1434379208807-others. your TV is not a 'Smart TV' so click on the 'Other (not a Smart TV' option for instructions when selecting which platform your TV uses...^IFV
