• The webOS 3.0 is not a web browser, it is a Linux kernel-based multitask operating system used for LG's Smart TVs. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified 4K UHD Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UH6030 does have a Full Web Browser. Unfortunately, without a model number, we do not know which model is the 449.00 or if it is a different from this model...^IFV
