Decent. Not bad . It has dolby dts.

VERY, I normally use a 5.1 Yamaha surround system in my bedroom, I haven't had it set up due to a move, using just the bare speakers on the TV it had great bass response for something with no sub, and I found I usually only needed it on 5-10% volume. As always however, you will get better audio with a sound bar or full audio system.
